What is the Mouse Ears Award?

Each month we'll be considering organisations whether companies, local or national government and trying to decide which has shown the least regard for customers. It could be total disinterest in complaints or their inability or incompetence in getting something done.

If you have a story to tell, why not let us know and we'll consider someone new for the award.

If you are really ready to express your feelings you could do what we do, go and buy a set of Mickey Mouse ears, then send them to the chief executive of the company etc and tell them they should fit!
